When was Jesus Christ born?

I am sorry I don't have a specific answer for your question.  Nobody knows Jesus date of birth.   The twenty-fifth of December is supposed to be the day of the birth of Jesus Christ.  Its observance has become customary and popular.  History gives us no certain assurance of this, neither does the Bible give us the precise time.  According to the Bible Luke 2:8 "Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night."  This proof that Jesus Christ was not born in the winter on December 25th.   How can the shepherd be out in the field when it is so cold on a wintry night?

The birth date of Jesus in not an important issue and essential to our salvation.  God would have spoken through His prophets and apostles, that we might know the date, but the silence of the scriptures upon this point is an evidence of wisest purposes.

The most important fact about Christmas is that Christ be given the honour as the "Redeemer of the World" who came to save us to the uttermost as stated in John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

Christmas is indeed a day of gladness and rejoicing and it should be observed and celebrated to commemorate the birth of Christ.  It can serve good purposes: (1) giving gifts to the less fortunate, poor and homeless.  (2) Tokens of love for our love ones, children, grandchildren and close friends.  (3) Remembrance of God by donations to the church to preach the gospel to the world. (4) Assurance that we are not forgotten by God and love ones.  (5) And many good deeds can be done on this day.

However, it is sad that the world without knowledge of real meaning of Christ's birth celebrate Christmas as a day of amusement for selfish means.  Many lives are destroy through gluttonous and drinking of alcohol.  Lots of unnecessary gifts and money are wasted for indulgences, vanity, pleasure seeking and selfish means.

Remember that Christmas is a divine sanctity and Christ is the supreme object.  Man should turn to Jesus for forgiveness of sin and salvation.  Jesus the Majesty of Heaven and King of Heaven, left His royal throne came to earth bring to us eternal life.   Phil 2:7-8 ". but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant and coming in the likeness of men.  And being found in appearance as a man.  He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross."
