God created the world in six days. He rested on the seventh day and sanctified it. Sabbath is consistently existing in the Bible, in memorial to God’s creation. Sabbath will also be kept in the new heaven and new earth. Let the Bible says:

God established the Sabbath: Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God finished his work which he had done, and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had done. So God blessed the seventh day and hallowed it, because on it God rested from all his work which he had done in creation. (Gen 2:1-3)

God wrote Sabbath into the Commandments: Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor, and do all your work; but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God; in it you shall not do any work, you, or your son, or your daughter, your manservant, or your maidservant, or your cattle, or the sojourner who is within your gates; for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day; therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it. (Exo 20:8-11)

Sabbath is a sign between God and men: Moreover I gave them my Sabbaths, as a sign between me and them, that they might know that I the Lord sanctify them. (Eze 20:11-12)

Blessed to those who keep Sabbath: Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath,… I will give them an everlasting name which shall not be cut off. (Isa 56:2,5)

	"If you turn back your foot from the Sabbath, from doing your pleasure on my holy day, and call the Sabbath a delight and the holy day of the Lord honorable; if you honor it, … then you shall take delight in the Lord, and I will make you ride upon the heights of the earth; I will feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father, for the mouth of the Lord has spoken." (Isa 58:13-14)
	And by this we may be sure that we know him, if we keep his Commandments. He who says, "I know him" but disobeys his Commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him; but whoever keeps his word, in him truly love for God is perfected. By this we may be sure that we are in him: he who says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked. (1 John 2:3-6)
	By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and obey his Commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his Commandments. And his Commandments are not burdensome. (1 John 5:2-3)
	Jesus said: “If you love me, you will keep my Commandments.” (John 14:15)

Distinction of the saints: Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who keep the Commandments of God and the faith of Jesus. (Rev 14:12)

God wants Gentiles to keep Sabbath too: "And the foreigners who join themselves to the Lord, to minister to him, to love the name of the Lord, and to be his servants, every one who keeps the Sabbath, and does not profane it, and holds fast my covenant" (Isa 56:6-7)

Jesus does not abolish Sabbath: "Think not that I have come to abolish the law and the prophets; I have come not to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the law until all is accomplished. (Matt 5:17-18)

God said: I will not violate my covenant, or alter the word that went forth from my lips. (Psalm 89:34)

Jesus keeps Sabbath: And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up; and he went to the synagogue, as his custom was, on the Sabbath day. And he stood up to read. (Luke 4:16)

Jesus said: So the Son of man is Lord even of the Sabbath. (Mark 2:28)

Jesus wants us to keep the Commandments: Jesus said to him, “If you would enter life, keep the Commandments." He said to him, "Which?" And Jesus said, "You shall not kill, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not steal, You shall not bear false witness, Honor your father and mother, and, You shall love your neighbor as yourself." (Matt 19:17-19)

Disciples and Paul also keep Sabbath: It was the day of Preparation, and the Sabbath was beginning. …On the Sabbath they rested according to the Commandment. (Luke 23:54-56)

	But they passed on from Perga and came to Antioch of Pisid'ia. And on the Sabbath day they went into the synagogue and sat down. (Act 13:14)
	As they went out, the people begged that these things might be told them the next Sabbath. … The next Sabbath almost the whole city gathered together to hear the word of God. (Act 13:42-44)
	Now when they had passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonica, where was a synagogue of the Jews: And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three Sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures." (Act 17:1-3)
	We shall keep Sabbath in new heaven and new earth: "For as the new heavens and the new earth which I will make shall remain before me, says the Lord; so shall your descendants and your name remain. From new moon to new moon, and from Sabbath to Sabbath, all flesh shall come to worship before me, says the Lord. (Isa 66:22-23)

Tradition committed the Commandments: Jesus said: Why do you transgress the Commandment of God for the sake of your tradition? (Matt 15:3) Jesus also said: In vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the precepts of men. (Matt 15:9)

You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it; that you may keep the Commandments of the Lord your God which I command you. (Deut 4:2)

Prophesy on changes of Commandments: He shall speak words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High, and shall think to change the times and the law; and they shall be given into his hand for a time, two times, and half a time. (Dan 7:25)

Note: Sabbath, the seventh day is nowadays Saturday. In A. D. 364, the Council of Laodicea changed it to Sunday, the first day, and called Sunday as Lord’s day. For details, see http://matthew.hitechemall.com/english/story/advent/myth/index.html
